"The Sport of Kings"

Few sports combine the speed and spectacle of polo. It demands not only horsemanship, but the eye-hand co-ordination of a ball game, tactical awareness and the teamwork of a field sport. It is little wonder that the sport is awe inspiring for the spectator and addictive for the player.

It is polo's requirement for skill, discipline, teamwork and physical fitness that makes it a sport that has endured in the British Armed Forces despite the post world war mechanisation of the armed forces.
